A Structured Training Program

#LWC has been built to deliver my time-tested and principle-driven workout programs directly to your hands. The programs are built in 4-week phases so you can learn, refine, and challenge each movement over the duration of the phases. #LWC will have you moving and feeling better than ever. Never train without a plan again.

Weekly Training Format

  • Monday: Full-Body Strength

  • Tuesday: Cardio/Conditioning

  • Wednesday: Full-Body Strength

  • Thursday: Cardio/Conditioning

  • Friday: Full-Body Strength

Equipment Required

  • Most days will utilize: dumbbells / kettlebells, a bench, and resistance bands (A majority of exercises can be done with alternative equipment)

  • Access to cyclical equipment is recommended but not required (assault bike, ski erg, row machine, road bike, etc.)

  • #LWC is filled with people of all levels, from young parents to middle-aged individuals to retirees. Whether you have minimal experience with weight training or have been active your entire life, this program is designed to accommodate a range of abilities and has proven effective for all types of individuals.

  • Connor checks in daily to provide feedback. However, it’s not guaranteed you will receive individual feedback every day. You will also receive help and support from your teammates (fellow members of #LWC).

  • Yes, you can post videos of your training as often as you’d like. However, you may not receive individual feedback on every video. There is no guaranteed schedule, but you will get feedback often.

  • No, this is a single program for the #LWC community. However, there may be times when your coach will modify your workouts when appropriate. If you’re looking for a program completely customized to your needs, take a look at our Lifestyle Coaching Program.

  • This is a complete training program – adding any significant amount of training on top of it is very likely to result in a lack of progress. If, however, you communicate with your coach directly, you can easily find a solution that meshes all of your favorite training and activities seamlessly.
