  • No. Lifestyle Coaching is not a weight loss program. However, successful applicants do see favorable physical improvements as a side effect of dedicating themselves to improving their physical, mental, and emotional health.

  • Correct.

  • Lifestyle Coaching is an interpersonal service. However, it’s also data-driven. We’ll be using a variety of metrics to gauge progress and success throughout the program, including before and after photos, body measurements, strength and endurance gains, daily activity, sleep, etc.

    As much as these data-driven metrics please my clients and me, the biggest change happens within. I wish we could take a snapshot of who somebody is at the start and who they BECOME along the way. This is always where the biggest change comes from.
