Successful applicants for Lifestyle Coaching will undergo an initial screening and onboarding process that includes goal setting, movement competency evaluation, medical history, and much more. You’ll receive a tailored workout and lifestyle plan to help you take the right step forward right from day one.

What is the Lifestyle Coaching Program?

In short, the Lifestyle Coaching Program is a 12-week program that focuses on developing the purpose, mindset, and habits required to take you from where you are to where you want to be.

How do I know if this program is for me?

I work with individuals that don’t feel in control of their fitness and lifestyle (but are ready to take action). This program is a great fit for you if:

1. You lack a structured, beneficial routine of habits
2. Your environment controls you
3. Your mind is your worst enemy (rather than your best friend)
4. You make poor food choices
5. You don’t have an all-encompassing fitness plan
6. You’re busier than ever

What kind of support do you provide?

I provide:

+ Knowledge and education to take the guesswork out of the equation
+ A detailed and progressive workout plan

Is this a weight loss program?

No. Lifestyle Coaching is not a weight loss program. However, successful applicants do see favorable physical improvements as a side effect of dedicating themselves to improving their physical, mental, and emotional health.

I just have to do my homework?

Correct.

How will I know I’m succeeding?

Lifestyle Coaching is an interpersonal service. However, it’s also data-driven. We’ll be using a variety of metrics to gauge progress and success throughout the program, including before and after photos, body measurements, strength and endurance gains, daily activity, sleep, etc.

As much as these data-driven metrics please my clients and me, the biggest change happens within. I wish we could take a snapshot of who somebody is at the start and who they BECOME along the way. This is always where the biggest change comes from.
