I started this program to put on more muscle mass and move/feeling better. I followed and completed the 12-Week Prime Performance Training program gaining 9 pounds of muscle while becoming stronger and faster than I’ve ever been in my life.
The results speak for themselves. I set 3 PR’s in 1RM in my Bench (285), Deadlift (500), and Front Squat (285) and an all-time high 60-yard dash at a 6.61. With the days concentrating on mobility during the program, I feel that my overall movements have improved with fewer aches and pains that I’ve previously dealt with in my hamstrings, low back, and hips.

All of the exercises are specifically designed to challenge you in an incredible way, so there are no wasted movements. He uses videos to help demonstrate the exercises, so you know how to execute them with confidence. He provides food charts to help you make sure your diet is on point and gives recommendations for what you should or should not be eating.
Connor can help you recover from injuries, as well! At the beginning of the program, I had slight shoulder discomfort from a previous lifting program, but going through Connor’s program, I was able to heal from my injury and get stronger at the same time.
By the end of the 12-weeks, I gained 8.3lbs of muscle and set new personal records on all my Big 3 lifts by at least 50lbs! I highly recommend Connor’s program for anyone looking to gain an edge in sport or life!
