What’s Included With Your #LWC Membership

A Structured Training Program

#LWC has been built to deliver to you a time-tested and principle-driven workout program directly to your hands. Programs are built in 3-week phases so you can learn, refine, and challenge each movement over the duration of the phases. Never walk into the gym without a plan again.

Weekly Training Format

  • Monday: Full-Body Strength
  • Tuesday: Conditioning
  • Wednesday: Full-Body Strength
  • Thursday: Conditioning
  • Friday: Full-Body Strength

Equipment Required

  • Most strength days will utilize: barbells, dumbbells/kettlebells, a bench, and resistance bands (Most exercises can be done with alternative equipment, if you don’t have all requirements)
  • Access to a cyclical machine is recommended (assault bike, ski erg, row machine, road bike, etc.)

FAQ’s

Who is #LWC for?

#LWC is filled with people of all levels, from high-level athletes to a parent who has had a long and successful athletic career to a middle-aged individual who has minimal experience with weight training. This program is designed to accommodate a range of abilities and has proven effective for all types of individuals.

How much coaching will I get?

Connor checks in daily to provide feedback, however, it’s not guaranteed you will receive individual feedback every day. You will also get help and support from your teammates (fellow members of #LWC).

Do I get technique reviews via video?

Yes, you can post videos of your training as often as you’d like, however you may not receive individual feedback on every video. There is no guaranteed schedule, but you will get feedback often.

Is this program customized to me?

No, this is a single program for the #LWC community. However, there may be times your coach will modify your workouts when appropriate. If you’re looking for a program completely customized to your needs, check out the 1:1 Remote Coaching Program.

Can I combine this with another training program?

This is a complete training program – adding any significant amount of training on top of it is very likely to result in a lack of progress.
