A Structured Training Program
#LWC has been built to deliver to you a time-tested and principle-driven workout program directly to your hands. Programs are built in 3-week phases so you can learn, refine, and challenge each movement over the duration of the phases. Never walk into the gym without a plan again.

Weekly Training Format
- Monday: Full-Body Strength
- Tuesday: Conditioning
- Wednesday: Full-Body Strength
- Thursday: Conditioning
- Friday: Full-Body Strength

Equipment Required
- Most strength days will utilize: barbells, dumbbells/kettlebells, a bench, and resistance bands (Most exercises can be done with alternative equipment, if you don’t have all requirements)
- Access to a cyclical machine is recommended (assault bike, ski erg, row machine, road bike, etc.)

- Simple To Use: Easy to read programs and statistical progress tracking
- Easy To Track: Day-by-day layout makes it easy to follow and navigate
- Direct Access To Your Coach: You’ll be able to reach me directly via the in-app messenger for help and answers when you need them
