A Structured Training Program
#LWC has been built to deliver my time-tested and principle-driven workout programs directly to your hands. The programs are built in 3-week phases so you can learn, refine, and challenge each movement over the duration of the phases. #LWC will have you moving and feeling better than ever. Never train without a plan again.

Weekly Training Format
- Monday: Full-Body Strength
- Tuesday: Variety of Cardio/Conditioning
- Wednesday: Full-Body Strength
- Thursday: Variety of Cardio/Conditioning
- Friday: Full-Body Strength

Equipment Required
- Most days will utilize: dumbbells/kettlebells, a bench, and resistance bands (A majority of exercises can be done with alternative equipment)
- Access to cyclical equipment is recommended but not required (assault bike, ski erg, row machine, road bike, etc.)

- Simple To Use: Easy-to-read programs and statistical progress tracking
