When was the last time you had a breakthrough??
A moment when you overcame a very real- or even perceived – obstacle in your life, immediately changing the landscape of how you faced the issue?
Breakthroughs shatter the limiting beliefs we’re faced with and act like rocket fuel – re-energizing us with vigor to continue to pursue our task whilst providing a feeling that we now have an advantage.
Breakthroughs, also known as “Aha” moments – are what we all need more of in our lives.
We run circles around our own minds trying to fix this issue and that issue, shining a light in all directions but hardly finding “X marks the spot.”
One of the most direct ways to set ourselves up to have more breakthroughs is by surrounding ourselves with people we trust, people whose perspectives we value, and who are informed about our current life and obstacles.
I see myself playing this role for my clients.
